Music Policy is all types.
The competition is open to single DJs, no back to back sets.
DJs must register on our Website – BestMusicalDjOfTheCountry.com
You will receive e-mail confirmation, a unique reference number and an address to send your demos to.
Please send only 1 demo. Demos must be submitted in either Audio CD or MP3 format. Demos must be a minimum of 15 minutes and maximum of 20 minutes.

DJ’s will mix 3-4 different popular music genres from their country E.G. – DJ music present their Top 4 in: (1) the most popular music of their country, and three other types of music chosen from:- Reggae, Zouk/Cadence/Compas & Other French Rhythms, Soca, R&B, Soul, Gospel, House, Jazz, Rock, RAP/Hip Hop (From 1960 through 2000).
DJ must have access to the internet.
DJ’s making it to the knockout series will be notified by telephone. At this time you will be told the date you are playing – this will be carried live on New Caribbean World Radio.
DJs need to give a minimum of two (2) weeks notice if they are unable to make their round to be considered for future rounds.
Failure to comply with rules stated in this document will result in disqualification.
